1. Assistant: It all starts here. As an assistant, you're the backbone of the salon, soaking up knowledge, and learning the ropes. You're the helping hand, and your eagerness to learn is your greatest asset.

2. New Talent: Once you've honed your basic skills, you graduate to the "New Talent" stage. You're now working directly with clients but under the watchful eye of experienced stylists. This phase is all about practice, growth, and perfecting your techniques.

3. Accomplished Stylist: With years of experience and a growing client base, you evolve into an accomplished stylist. You've built your signature style and can confidently tackle various hair challenges. Your clients trust your expertise.

4. Master Stylist:  At this level, you've reached a point of true mastery. You're considered an authority in your field, often sought after for your expertise, and you might even mentor younger stylists. Your artistry and creativity know no bounds.

5. Independent Stylist: The final step signifies complete independence. You may choose to rent a station with us, open your own salon, work on a freelance basis and manage your clientele on your terms. You're a business-savvy professional, and your success is in your own hands.
